While we usually act as lead sponsor of a transaction, we also co-invest with other private equity firms in larger transactions. We can take minority or majority investment stakes.

We prefer fast growing companies that can benefit from both capital and strategic assistance from the Li & Fung Group.

Our primary investment focus is in eCommerce service providers and eCommerce enabling technology companies that make online selling of consumer products more profitable and productive.

We invest in technology companies that can improve efficiencies at all stages of the supply chain from product development, order processing, compliance, payment, logistics, warehouseing and delivery to the consumer.

We partner with management of consumer product companies that have global brands. In particular, we focus on companies that can benefit from the worldwide sourcing network of Li & Fung (Trading), and products that can be distributed in Asia through the marketing and retailing expertise of Li & Fung Retailing.
